Due to the nature of 3D printing, visible layer lines and minor surface variations are normal. Colors may appear slightly different in person depending on filament batches and screen display settings. While we do our best to ensure strength and quality, 3D-printed items may not match the durability of mass-manufactured products. Some materials are not food-safe and should not be exposed to high heat unless specified.
We offer a wide range of materials for both custom requests and our products, using only high-quality filaments. Pre-made products are available in select materials shown on each product page, but you’re welcome to contact us if you’d like one of our designs printed in a different material for an extra cost.
PLA – Best for everyday objects or decorative items. Comes in the widest variety of colors and finishes. Not intended for outdoor use or high-stress applications.
PETG – Best for everyday items that need to be more durable and weather-resistant. Available in many colors (though fewer than PLA).
TPU – Flexible material with a smaller color range. Bendable, impact resistant, and great for soft parts such as wheels, grips, or bumpers.
ABS – Best for strong, functional parts. Moderate color range. Tougher than PLA and PETG and slightly heat-resistant.
ASA – Similar strength to ABS but with superior UV and outdoor resistance. Limited color range.
Polycarbonate (PC) – Extremely strong, heat-resistant, and impact-resistant. Limited colors. Ideal for industrial-grade strength parts.
Carbon Fiber Reinforced PLA & PETG – High-strength, lightweight parts. Very rigid and durable with a textured finish.
Glass Fiber Reinforced ABS – Strong, heat-resistant functional parts with extra stiffness and strength compared to normal ABS.
If you have a custom filament you’d like an item printed in, contact us! We can print items from our store or custom requests using your filament of choice for an additional cost.Â
Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process due to the nature of 3D printing. Custom requests may require additional time depending on size, materials, and complexity. Once you receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number, your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Because our products are made to order and often customizable, we do not accept returns on items or custom orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on where you are located. Custom request orders may also require additional shipping costs depending on the size and quantity of items requested.
